Where We Started

Consulting industry veteran James Guyton founded the firm in 2026. Prior to launch, James was a Managing Director and equity partner at Alvarez & Marsal, having grown up building consulting practices at PRTM, Kearney, AlixPartners, and KPMG. James works with clients ranging from emerging innovators to PE portfolio companies to Fortune 500 corporate enterprises.
